1. Services

I provide fractional technical project management, website development, operations design, and related digital services to businesses and founders. Service descriptions on this website are illustrative only. All deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written client agreement before work begins.


2. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each individual client agreement. Generally:

  • Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance

  • Project-based work requires a deposit before work begins

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in paused work until the outstanding balance is cleared


3. Refunds

Due to the nature of service-based work, refunds are not provided for work already completed or time already invested. If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered, please contact me directly so we can discuss a resolution. Disputes will be handled in good faith before any formal action is taken.


4. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all final deliverables created specifically for your project. I retain the right to use completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, platforms, or assets used in your project remain subject to their own licensing terms.


5. Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share your business information, data, or materials with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver your project (e.g. sharing access with a collaborating developer under NDA).


6. Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of any deliverable. I make no guarantees about specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, lead generation, or search engine rankings.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Retainer engagements have a minimum commitment period outlined in each agreement.


8. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of my services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
